Millboard Customer Survey Prize Draw

Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The prize draw is organised and operated by The Millboard Company Ltd, Unit A, Argosy Court, Scimitar Way, Whitley Business Park, Coventry, CV3 4GA, United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

• The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
  Employees of The Millboard Company Ltd and their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Period

• The survey and prize draw will be open from 30/05/2025 and will close at 23:59 on 13/06/2025
• Entries submitted after the closing date will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must complete the customer survey in full via the provided link.
• No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.
  One entry per person is permitted.

5. The Prize

• Three (3) winners will each receive one Fortnum & Mason hamper, with an approximate retail value of £200 each.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
  Millboard reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
   

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries after the closing date.
• The draw will take place within 7 working days of the survey closing.
• Winners will be notified via the email address provided in their survey submission.
• If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Millboard reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
   

7. Data Protection

• Personal information provided during the survey will be processed in accordance with Millboard’s Privacy Policy.
• Data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the prize draw and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
   

8. General

• By entering the prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• Millboard reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control.
• The prize draw is governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
