Millboard ‘Project of the Month’ Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

This competition is open to professional designers, installers, and architects who have completed a project using Millboard product/s. Projects may be residential or commercial and must feature genuine Millboard materials.

To qualify, the entrant must:

Be over 18 years of age.
Have secured written permission from the property owner and/or client to submit imagery (photos and/or video footage).
Agree to Millboard’s rights to use the submitted imagery for marketing purposes (globally, in perpetuity, across all formats).
Complete and sign the official Millboard digital permissions form prior to submission.
Provide any necessary image acknowledgements (e.g. photographer credits) at the time of entry.
Submit full project details, including a brief explanation of why Millboard was selected for the installation.

2. Entry Process

Entries must be submitted by midnight on the last day of each calendar month, starting from June 2025 until 31 December 2025.

All entries must include:

High-resolution photography and/or clear, well-edited video footage.
Completed digital submission and permissions form.
Full project description and rationale for material choice.

Entries that are incomplete or submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

3. Judging Criteria

Each month, a panel of Millboard representatives will select one winner based on:

Visual impact and quality of imagery.
Creativity and innovation in use of Millboard products.
Quality of installation and finish.
Clarity and strength of the project narrative.

The judges’ decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

4. Prize Details

The monthly winner will receive a Fortnum & Mason Hamper, or an equivalent prize selected by Millboard.

Prizes are non-transferable and subject to availability; the exact prize may vary from any promotional images shown.

Winners will be notified by email no later than the 16th day of the following month.

5. Rights & Usage

By entering, you acknowledge and agree that:

Millboard retains the right to use any submitted materials for global marketing, promotional, PR and digital use without restriction on time or geography.
You grant Millboard a royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute the content in any existing or future media.
Any third-party usage rights (e.g. photographer credits) must be declared at the time of submission.

6. General Conditions

Millboard reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.

If, for any reason, a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, Millboard reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Participation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions
