The project site, located within Monaco’s prestigious Rue des Princes, offers a compact but highly visible setting. The previous timber deck had deteriorated over time, with the effects of humidity, sunlight, and sea air taking a toll. The brief was to replace the existing surface with a material that would enhance the look and performance of the space while standing up to the coastal climate.
Millboard’s Golden Oak Enhanced Grain decking and Modello Contour decking were selected for their beautiful aesthetics, exceptional slip resistance, and remarkable durability. Together, they deliver the warmth and character of real wood, without the need for continuous upkeep.
