The Plas-Pro recycled plastic subframe is an excellent alternative to timber for constructing supporting structures for decks, seating, planters and more. It is incorporated within our comprehensive DuoSpan aluminium subframe system, but it can also be used on its own in low-height areas, such as roof terraces, and in waterside areas where use of metal is not advisable. Constructed from recycled plastic, Plas-Pro is strong, versatile and easy to work with. Available in a range of sizes to act as posts, joists and bearers, it can be cut and drilled just like wood, yet never rots even when placed in water. The flexibility of Plas-Pro means that it can also be used to create unique and special outdoor constructions, incorporating curves and twists that would be impossible with conventional materials.

Skillfully hand-crafted to ensure a high quality, premium product. Each of our products is hand moulded and crafted using specially selected masters for an unrivalled organic appearance in a composite material.

Natural wood look

Moulded from specially selected timbers for an unrivalled organic wood-grain appearance in a composite material, replicating the fine detail and imperfections of natural timber.

Integrated Lastane layer

Lastane surface layer retains integrity of the boards over time.

Recycled materials

Each board is composed of a blend of 38% recycled materials, including limestone diverted from landfill, bonded in a polymer resin.

Integrated UV stabilisers

UV stabilised for better performance and fade resistance over time.

Wood and warp free

The board composition is entirely wood-free, eliminating any cases of rotting or warping.This also prevents infestation of insects and pests.

Low maintenance

Due to the versatile surface layer, the boards do not require regular sanding, staining or oiling like natural timber, instead simply clean as required for the project location.

‘Lost-head’ fixings

Durafix fixings are virtually hidden beneath the unique Lastane surface.

Soft-touch surface

Unique Lastane layer means no splinters on the surface.

Mould resistant

Unlike wood, it is actively resistant to mould and fungus.

Impact and weather resistant

Elastomeric surface ensures increased resilience against natural weathering.

Easy to install

Can be cut and installed easily when following product guides.

Moisture resistant

Due to the non-porous composition, no sealing is required.

High slip-resistance

Lower slip potential than wood due to the pliable Lastane layer.
