Derryad Country Park Lakeside Homes Perched on the tranquil shores of Upper Lough Erne in County Fermanagh, Derryad Country Park is a rare thing – a collection of luxury waterfront homes that feel both indulgent and deeply connected to the landscape. Working with 2020 Architects<\/a>, park owner and developer Graeme Stubbs wanted to create a tourism and residential scheme that combined comfort, calm and contemporary design, while sitting lightly in its rural surroundings. The choice of exterior materials would be central to achieving that balance, which is where millboard Envello cladding came in. <\/p>\n\n\n
