AGR Westholme Module Aberdeen Millboard cladding project<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Archers Garden Rooms<\/a> are known across the UK for creating outdoor spaces that feel purposeful, beautifully built and genuinely connected to the way people live. Their Westholme Module<\/a> has become one of their most adaptable designs, offering a fully insulated, highly finished garden room that can serve as an office, a creative studio or simply a place to unwind. For one homeowner in Aberdeen, this structure became the foundation for a bespoke retreat with a clean, modern look and strong architectural presence. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The brief was clear from the outset. <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The client wanted a garden room that would feel separate from the main home – a quiet escape, somewhere to step into and immediately feel grounded. They were drawn to darker tones and the charred aesthetic of traditional Japanese timber-burning techniques. But they also knew that Aberdeen\u2019s weather, with its cold winds and frequent rain, would make natural charred wood difficult to maintain. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With this in mind, Archers Garden Rooms looked for a material that captured the richness and drama of charred timber, but without the demanding upkeep.
